Can you get a CDL with a conviction of transporting illegals in Texas?

    I'm pretty sure that committing a felony in a CDL vehicle can result in your CDL being revoked for life. I would think that someone with a human trafficking conviction would be a bridge too far for most companies. They wouldn't even consider an employment offer. The application would be tossed and the hiring process halted.
