“You can't get the experience until you're hired and you can't be hired until you've gotten the experience.”

Everyone starts somewhere. The company I work for now, requires 2 years experience. I do not have the experience. Also, I did not lie about the experience. I was upfront about not having experience.

I’m not sure how the insurance works, or if it differs between company sizes or what, but I’m obviously insureable or I wouldn’t be driving. I’m sure it’s possible that there are insurance premiums or something but it’s probabliy mainly a cop-out.

Yes it's possible. Especially if you know someone.

Try looking into Tri-County Beverage: Home - Tri County Beverage

Beer companies will almost always take drivers with no experience.

I’m pretty much going to take any local job I can get. Get my Year experience and move on to a better company, unless I like the company I first get into. I ain’t going OTR for $.35 a mile. Kiss my ##*.

Why not just get the training and experience and build yourself a solid career? If you somehow sneak in at a company and end up in a situation you weren't prepared for, what are you going to do then?

Your schedule for sleep will eventually rotate to nights. I know this isn't helpful at all but you just gotta power thru until that happens. I can't sleep at night anymore because I've been running them so long.
