Had an '88 T-600 with a 444 Cummins, single over 18, 3.36s and lo pro 24.5s. Had the digital dash, so it did read three digits. At 2150 was 96mph. Did it on 15 northbound in southern Utah, dropping off a pass and held it across the valley floor. Was about grossed out with frozen fish and didn't care, as I was on my way to my mother's funeral in Pennsylvania.

The only Rand Mcnalley I have is spiral bound. My truck does 70@1425, 75@1500, and 80@1600. That's the end of my speedo. I have no doubt i would hit 100 by the time I hit 2100 rpm. Detroit 13A and 3.36 rears. Rumor has it the 3 sisters in WY are a pretty good place to stretch your legs, however I can no longer play the game as I can't afford the price you pay. I agree with the previous posters though, most of these rookies can't even drive an auto governed at 62.

Yep, too much risk these days, to be playing those games. When I was young and North Carolina didn't recognize any tickets from outside the state, that was a very different deal.

I truely miss the way trucking was. Me and another company driver used to run out to Erie Pa and Wyandotte Mi in the early 90s. We would run through Ny at night on 17 at about 80 in a 359 pete and a 377 pete and the bears in the middle would just give you a flash of the red and blue. Slow down for a few miles and get right back to it. Today there after you for 2 miles over.
Any how, any truck will do 100mph if its geared to and no need for a hill.

I did over 100 down Needles one time in a JB Hunt cabover with a 300 Cummins and a 7 speed. Don't remember what rears it had but it was only turnin 600 rpms.
