simple answer: yes
practical answer, not on your life. I've done it a few times, I now make every effort to give myself extra time so that I can stop every few hours to walk a lap around the truck, "cool a tire", and stretch. Heck even if I pull into a rest area for 15 minutes or a truckstop for 15 minutes, just something to break up the monotony and stress on the body.
Can you, legally, drive 11 hours in a row.

I've never had a problem driving 11 hours in a row. If you need to get 700 miles down the road that day, you need to drive 11 hours. A "pit stop" every 3-4 hours on an off ramp and a quick walk-around and you're back in the drivers seat in less than 7 minutes. But, I will tell you that most times, I've showed a break somewhere during my 11 driving to keep the safety boys off my back. And, lets be honest here. If you log driving 11 hours, you will have physically driven for 12-13 hours. You know I'm right....

I occasionally log 11 hours, but only if that's really what I drove, and I don't do it without taking breaks. I don't ever drive 12 or 13 unless I've screwed up my math. By that time I'm totally wasted.
I record my times to the nearest 15 minutes, rounding up or down, so if I recorded 11 hours, it was because I drove between 10.75 and 11.25 hours. If I drove 12, I log 12. -

The answear in the USA is "Yes"
For those driving in Canada the answear is "NO" even though you can legaly drive for 13 hours. Canada has a new law that you must stop your vehicle every 275 miles and have a quick walk around. You also must show it in your log book. -
