Can you make better money at one vers the other

Im sure its going to be tough to start but i have not worked for any one in the last 30 years, so with mt own authority ,if not i can resale my truck and build more restaurants.my best buddy for 30 years is going to take me and show me the ropes,my truck is paid for ,house ,cars and both harleys are to,so not much overhead, no kids at home , wife is ready and packed.Never know if you dont try,
