Can you provide an example of rude dispatchers, shippers/recievers

One of my favorite things when I had my little company (equivalent to being an Independant O/O down here) was when an idiot told me "I can have you fired". Thereupon I'd hand him my business card and tell him to "knock yourself out"..... then hustling out to my "bag phone" and answering the call.

Amazing reaction when "my boss" would tell them "in 15 minutes your load is leaving and going back to the shipper as a refused shipment. I'm sure they will be contacting your boss regarding the added cost of reshipment".
