Hi Folks,
I got stiffed by a large broker on an invoice. No reason other than next week we will pay but that next week never comes. It is an intrastate load thus filing on the bond is not an option. I checked with OOIDA I can go after the shipper who has a deeper pocket. I was wondering if there is a good collection agency to give this invoice to!
Can You Recommend a Collection Agency?

I think collection agencies take most of the invoice when they collect. Of course anything is better than nothing, but using them would be the absolute last resort.

Can you recommend a good one?

RR DONNELLEY, They also go by DLS WORLDWIDE funny thing they still have a Credit Score of 90 on DAT. I don't know-how. If you read their reviews on DAT a ton of folks have complained a long time about not getting paid.

File against their bond.
You might have only moved it intrastate
But pieces or part of it most likely moved interstate or will.
Bond company will contact broker.
Baxter Bailey,, is the only collection agency I know.
Good luck.
File on the bond first.Flat Earth Trucker and lights787 Thank this. -
