is it possible for a truck driver to work out 2 days a week when you do this for a living, OTR ?I'm not obsessed with it but after quitting smoking a few years ago and turning 40, its one of the areas in doing this for a living I have
some questions about?
can you work out on the road ?

You'd be able to fit it in. Handweights are portable, and there are plenty of exercises you can do in your bunk. Park in the back row at the truck stops, and you'll get some good walking time. Cranking landing gear up and down is definitely a workout too! Especially on a heavy wagon.

You could also look for something where you unload you trailer. My brother-in-law drives for Sysco and he hand unloads his trailer every day. he lost 25 lbs his first summer out.

its sounding like getting to a gym might be impossible when you're otr.

I do chin-ups on my flat using the rub-rail as the bar. You have to fold your legs up but it actually works well. I to try park in the back of a truck stop or a rest stop. And then there's always lumber tarps......

Go check out the Drivers Health Corner. Lots of good info there about this.
