I got Nate to move to Alberta and for a young fella he's been doing real well. He reminds me of myself when I first started I also never had a trainer or team driver etc.
Some people have it and some don't. Some have it but don't know how to develop it. Nate figured that out a long time ago.

I can't tell you how many times I've read that you HAVE to start out with a training company, have a trainer blah blah blah. It is simply not true. You can go out get your cdl on your own and start out working for a great company.not4hire and passingthru69 Thank this. -
