Also, you only pay for the Yukon stamp if you are loaded, you WILL get a level one at the Tok scale unless you have a very current level 1 passed.
They will ask you at the scale to purchase a temporary permit for Alaska, tell them you will go to Tok and buy an actual plate at the DMV there, it’s only a few dollars more, but is valid for a year instead of one trip.

Can you pay for bond at the Canadian border once you show up if you don’t have placed bond with insurance?

I'm not sure about that,ours is already completed by the time we arrive.

We cross at Coutts all the time,I know there is a frieght office upstairs on the Canada side but I don't know what all they can do there.

Where will you be trying to enter? If going through BC, no.
If crossing into Saskatchewan, Alberta, or Manitoba, i'm pretty sure you only need paperwork from customs broker. Added requirements for BC, Quebec, and Ontario IIRCOxbow Thanks this.
