So I started filling out applications via Tenstreet (Drivers Pulse) to see what kind of bites I would get.
When I got to the suspension questions I had to completely guess at date range (2001-2003).
DL suspension was for a non-pay on a speeding ticket (story below).
A few of the recruiters wanted to know how long it was suspended, etc...to which I could not answer even that question.
So I decided to go online to pay for my MVR's for both states I have resided.
    Both show nothing.
    0's for everything.
My entire driving history I've only had 2 speeding tickets and this one boneheaded suspension!!!

**So I ask, if I can't find it via offical state record, should I even attempt to put it down on future applications?
Can companies find it another way? How?

    STORY TIME
So I was headed to pickup my GF at her university one weekend and got a speeding ticket in a neighboring county on the way back home.
Her mom was justice court clerk in my county AND her sister (GF's aunt) was justice court clerk in the county I got the ticket.
So the aunt tells us she's gonna take care of it.
    Didn't happen.
Dumb mistake. Shoulda either seen it through or just paid for it.
Went to apply for LA DL a couple of months later and found out about it.
Oh yeah, she was my exGF by then so no way I was getting any help.
Paid the ticket, went back and got my LA DL.
    END of Story

If you aint found nothing then nothing equals nothing.

Just have some cash on hand in case THEY found it.

Only stays on your record 10 years. You no longer need to disclose that info. You wont find info on it anywhere It's been deleted. Hell if you had a dui in that time frame itd be the same. You dont have to tell anyone cause it's no longer on your driving record

    That's what I was thinking.
But the recruiters that called me back were soooooo very interested in knowing exact dates (month, etc...) that it made me worry about giving inaccurate info on an app and thenan offer getting 86'd once the exact details were possibly found.
Even got my free Hireright paperwork back yesterday.....nothing there either.

Cause you told them about it. If you had said nothing. There is no possible way they can find out

First off. To apply for the job? You cant have a drivers license in 2 states.
2nd point. Anything over 10 years has fallen off the books.
3rd and final point, I sure hope you have your foot under control now. Companies dont like to hire speeders.

Every Tenstreet application requires info regarding every state DL had in 10 years.
They also ask for previous addresses....but that doesn't interpret into living in two places at once either.

It NEVER falls off the books.

    It's lifetime.

I can pull up my lifetime record and it'll have every ticket I've ever received. Including my dui and suspension from 94. No one will find it from my criminal history as it's been expunged.

It also shows when I got my Driver license, my motorcycle endorsement which was done at the same time. And when I got my commercial.

If you can't find it on your lifetime record. Don't mention it.
