.60 is a nice solid amount.

We have or had ABS in Little Rock, they run from the ternimal filled with little pups and docks east into TN exactly halfway on their logs meet other day cab, swap and return. Done. Do it again tomorrow. Mileage pay and so on. Piles of money to be made each year.

Your numbers make it worthwhile to apply and run that sort of stuff at .60 or better.

ODFL gave their drivers a raise to .69 cpm today. Can't go wrong with that even with little turns.

Good advice! If he actually likes to drive find something other than Walmart. Not even close to what it was. Now most drivers are spending most of our work week running nothing but short runs, live loading loads and unloading groceries. When 3 and 4 million miles accident free drivers ( With Walmart) say that they will soon be quitting that says enough. It's just a matter of time before the private fleet will be gone. Every company Greg Smith from Bentonville has been with prior to Walmart the private fleet became history. All the blue bloods and Kool aid drinkers will believe anything Walmart tells them but the Walmart culture is gone. All that matters is profits and nothing else. Good luck.

If you are deadest on Wal Mart...apply after 1st of next year..Walmart expects 20% of their drivers to bail with everything going down.

But they give drivers gifts and treat them great. And after 2 million miles I can get my own truck. Heck they even gave me a pocket knife. IMG_20170807_211755.png who cares if it was made in China

Typo, but yea dave's western star is a 3 mill gift. And no its a fine knife I tell you. I've skinned a many of deer with it! They also gave other gifts and said I had to pay taxes on them. I've never had that happen at any outfit I've been with. But it's just the right thing to do. So know worries

Many of the Blue bloods don't know anyone above TR. Or the history of GS so for that matter. Could you only put first name and last initial. Or the Fart bubbles site will explode with ppl asking who he is and where he came from

i too "see" a future of cost cutting and profits rising for the owners of wally's world, by elimination of some things, like thier fleet for instance. i personally see the fleet as not a profit maker.

with "some" of the big wrecks they have had in the past and the payouts, it takes a longtime for a business entity to recoup those loses. wally's world drivers are not always as courteous as some want you to believe they are. i have had personal experiences on my night time job, to be nearly pushed out of my lane, as i am approaching an exit on ramp to the highway.

i have had a few wally's world drivers try to pass me in a construction zone, as i am doing the speed limit thru them.

they are clearly to me, not god's gift to highway safety, yet so many drivers brag about wanting to be one of 'em......

been at this game for over 35 years, seen many stupid drivers form what are sometimes called, "the best of the best".....what a bunch of horse puckey that is....
