Hello owner Operators
I have a question I have a owner Operator who has his own truck and trailer and insurance under his MC# and would like to run under my authority for his plates only. However my insurance will go up do to my companies credit. Can the owner Operator still run under my authority but keep his insurance for all the liabilities?
