I have an opportunity to work hauling cars. I am still emailing back and forth with employer and he said they would pay be on "percentage of the load". Is this typical for this industry? I am not familiar with how that works, I am not leasing the truck. How would I know how much the employer gets from each load to confirm I am being paid fairly? Thank You.
