    Hi guys
Great place and a lot of knowledge in here. I just got my cdl in July ,so I am very new to this career. I have all endorsements but hazmat. No restrictions. I found a job doing car transportation for a big company ( no need to name since about not sure about the policy here) . This will be my first job ever as a cdl holder.

Should I take this job ? Is this a good idea ?
    What's your thoughts and advice.

What's the name of the company? It's ok to post it. We're just not allowed to recruit.

If you are familiar at all with this site, the guy @Chinatown who is asking you questions is the best source of information on new drivers, if he asks you something you can answer he will not lead you astray. He’s a great source of information and he has helped many on this site find their forever home when it comes to trucking careers. He will need your location and he will lead you in the best direction. Welcome aboard.

That's good information because I wasn't aware United Road hires new cdl school grads.
That information may help other drivers on this forum. Thanks.

Depending on where you live, Jack Cooper would be a good option as well. They are hiring inexperienced drivers currently. If you live near a terminal you could usually be home every couple days.

Just to note,,,@Chinatown has no actual affiliation with TTR. He does what he does on his own time as a favor to the other members.
He also has no corporate connection to any of the companies he lists.
He has the most complete file of trucking companies and their hiring criteria available on the 'net.
