Car haulers just sits on tracks and lets a Amtrak hit them

I know how serious this was. I know the driver is completely at fault. I also am pretty sure there was significant property damage. the engineer of the train was most at risk, and the passengers if it derailed.

Why does it crack me up every time I watch it? I must be a bad person. But there again I like Norm McDonald too.

 

It’s the way that last car just hangs in midair for two entire seconds after the truck gets knocked out from under it .

 

I saw a pic of the locomotive. Significant damage and it looks like the lead truck is off the tracks.

Still, knowing that, avoiding a chuckle watching those cars go flying is almost impossible!
