Is this possible? Most of what I've read says you need 1-2 years experience, just wondering if its possible straight out of CDL training if you have a good work history, no criminal background, no accident/tickets and are responsible.

I know that the company I work for you need at least 1 year OTR. You may be able to find local car hauling jobs where they may take you straight from school but don't count on it. I think PTS which is the parent company of what was Leaseway Transportation might have some sort of training program for new drivers, but don't quote me on it. Good luck and keep us posted!
