Better than most, is what I've always heard. They apparently take good care of the company guys by abusing the O/O's a bit. That info is a couple years old, though.

 

That forced dispatch thing is a big turn off for me. That and they advertise a 68% load rate, but only pay on loaded miles is also a huge turn off. To top it off they require you to put $1000 damage escrow.

 

That is a good yard to run out of for Honda. But, ask a whole lot of questions when calling about a position.

 

Nashville covers Knoxville to Little Rock. The very southern part of Illinois and into Kentucky. There inability to answer very basic questions should tell you all you need to know. They pay $1.05 a mile "Loaded" with about a 68% loaded rate. That 68% may go down a little once they pick up Greensburg. But Greensburg only puts out about 60-100 units a day for their lanes. So unless you're lucky enough to get a load you'll be returning empty for free.
