Tthat's if you truck operates5000 or less total miles/yr not just in state miles, like a seasonal farm truck might run.

All you hood haters crack me up. Get an aero so you can charge less to haul the freight....... No thanks. I'll drive my brick and charge a rate that will allow me to operate at a profit. A pretty good one at that. And I could give a rats butt about California, I quit them a couple of years ago. Let the big fleets have it.
