Just curious, but are websites like Indeed and Glassdoor trustworthy with reviews? Seems like all companies have bad ratings.

Can +1 for Eagle. Just went there myself here in NC. So far have found it to be a great company to work for. Big enough to keep you running, small enough where everyone is kind of family. Customers have all been great to deal with for the few short minutes that you would.

So they do have an opening in spartanburg local position but its night shift. I am guessing moving to day shift is seniority based? Im not a fan of night shift so wondering how long it would take to move to days.

Yes. They are seniority based and depending on drivers availability combo. I myself prefer night due to less traffic at deliveries, better pay bonus. My current "night" is 3 pm to 3 am. It will likely depend on what trucks day drivers go in. I asked who was most consistent and I would drive nights after them. As far a day availability and how long. Would have to ask the terminal manager there and get a sense of how long the average time for a day position comes open.
