Hey drivers!! I was considering going flatbed. I do have low-boy experience hauling construction equipment. Anybody know of a company out there that might be decent. I also was consideringt going with Maverick, as I tred Cypress and bailed out immediately. I would like to run southeast regional, and would appreciate any feedback or recomendations.

I drove all the way down there to train because they will get you your cdl, so i went thru all the paperwork bs and background-approval stuff. then they put me up in a motel...with someone else..which they failed to mention. i was informed they only pay 30c a mile for one. secondly, their weekend hometime was 24hrs..if lucky. i was also told you need to fudge you logbooks to get miles. thirdly, their equipment was nothing like it shows in flier and left much to be desired. maybe i`m being picky, but i`m honest and a hard worker..but have learned to be a skeptic as far as most of these companies go. They say they`re looking for good workers..yet they don`t take care of them. Anyhow..I got my cdl on my own and..for now..it`s my backup plan..when the right job comes along
