Lousy trainers is one of many problems you'll have with this company...if you manage to survive training...you'll have the company's Independent Contractor program almost shoved down your throat...once locked into the Ic program and your new truck...since your basically a green horn...you'll end up sitting in the yard for a week to 3 weeks waiting on a load...the leasing company will only give you a week grace period on your insurance and truck payments...so you basically start out in the hole....once you finally do get some runs your be playing garbage man...finishing up runs for other drivers...your miles will be low until your DM trusts you enough to give you some serious runs...another thing that is pushed on an IC is being a trainer...I went through the IC program and the Trainer Program...there was a situation with a guy I was training...he was diabetic...on medication...and my DM never told me about it...now I saw him taking medication from time to time...but I had no idea he was diabetic...however I noticed he would become extremely agitated if he got lost or turned around...the guy had an attack while we were out under load...I had to take over driving for him...it looked like he couldn't move and couldn't talk...I informed my DM...went back to the yard and took him to the hospital...it was there that I found out he was diabetic and that he had suffered a mini stroke during that incident...well...I got spooked after that...me and this guy were pulling 10 hour shifts together...he could have had a stroke while I was in the sleeper...wrecked and killed us both and I would never had known what hit me...I quit...turned in my truck at the yard as instructed...I later found out while applying for a local driving job that England had stated on my DAC report that I had abandoned my truck...and that I had only worked for them for 3 months...when I tried to contact them to straighten it out they refused to talk to me even getting hostile to a point...so I had to file a complaint through DAC...and even though DAC removed it...once I sign a disclosure form...it's still reported that I only work there 3 months...and that I abandoned my truck...so...be careful with England...they were even so calloused as saying that by law they didn't have to disclose my trainees medical condition to me...I don't know if this is true...if it is...then it's a law that needs to be changed...it could prevent people from being killed...

they need to be closed down. i would have never did the lease deal why be bound to one company if they get shady on you wheres a true O/O you can take your shiny toys and go else where :biggrin_25519: not saying all leases are bad. but most of them benifeit the company not the driver as 86% are set up for failure. you need to get a laywer you'll need one to cover your ### as no one else will. you should have read all the threads on here and goto pissed consumer.com and ripoff report.com the rent a cops and metal detectors would have raised red flags as i'm sure there for how many people they ###### over!! i don't know about themedical thing but they should have told you but they wanted someone to lease there trucks and pay there bills.

Ok guys here it is I placed my Resume on a truckdriver head hunter web site, CRE E mails me to say they are interestd. Ok maybe a short stint and I'll buy the rig I have my Eye on. call to finde out they just wanted to tell me they wouldn't hire me.:biggrin_25523: They partake in Black balling/blacklisting. ok i said thats fine you contract/lease independent? no We dont go that rout we have no lease hires or independent O/O. excuse me! but I thought they want drivers to purchase thier trucks through a lease purchase program,:biggrin_25525: Ok wait they want new inexperianced drivers to sign to a program not many can afford to compleat or know better. i like how one will say this and another will say diffrent. ok that tells me they say anything to get you to sign. if your a new driver get your 6months then jump seats before they screw you. O don't worry they get paied to hire new drivers out of school and vets. just don't have them train you and get you your licence they will have you enslave your self to them if you leave b4 1 yr then you can pay for what Obama already paied them for so they get paied twice.:biggrin_2556: to re cap. Get your Licence b4 going to CRE, get out after 6 mon. of OTR, and make sure you have the next Job locked in B4 you jump seat and tell them you Quit. They will back list you as will Swifty, WEENER, Uass Express, also will. Names have been changed to protect myself from reciving a perminant black ball.:biggrin_255:....
