Careful with sexist behavior, almost got kicked out of CDL class

I don't know, but based on my experiences that's how a lot of these things start. Little things that are entirely harmless, but different behaviors towards the woman compared to the men.

Standing closer, using "honey " instead of a name, and a while bunch of other little things that they would not do if the person was male.

 

Anyone like that won't make it in trucking very long, it's also possible some other person is the sensitive one and bringing this up. Haters.

Seems like a long list of issues, good on her for trying to get a career going, shes gonna need thicker skin in the future though

no one NEEDS a witness, it's what the person perceives, thinks, and then tells the boss about you.....

one errant remark in a trucking company office, customer office, warehouse, whatever....and you will be fired, and most likely labeled a sexist, harasser.

try getting a job then, anyplace, as that will follow you.

if someone is cold, shut up.

if someone is hot..shut up.

if someone is fat, transgender, gay, shut up.

just do your job, and make NO remarks to other co-workers that might very well have the same feelings as you do.

everyone is out to stab you in the back these days.
