Well, if you don't tear up stuff then you don't have to worry about anything...I talked to a guy who deducted $30 from his settlement to cover IFTA because he got fuel in Oregon

Never sign to agree to pay for anything. Not your truck, not your cargo. Companies have insurance and would no doubt be double dipping
