Cargo and property damage paid by company driver

Well, if you don't tear up stuff then you don't have to worry about anything...I talked to a guy who deducted $30 from his settlement to cover IFTA because he got fuel in Oregon

 

A company shady enough to charge for damage, is the same company shady enough to make crap up that never happened. Or to charge for maintenance.

And I'm assuming we are talking company driver, as of course, the L/O - O/O is responsible for his equipement

 

Never sign to agree to pay for anything. Not your truck, not your cargo. Companies have insurance and would no doubt be double dipping
Is it any surprise these douchebag companies can’t find drivers. They are predators.
