You definitely exhibit a strong common sense. Is your company looking for reliable safe drivers? No OTR? West Coast...perhaps NW?

 

They just passed a law in New Jersey to do both together in one background check, or if you already have one to take that as the check for the other.
First state to do it that way, and the first intelligent thing I have seen out of NJ in years.

Home again. Wracked up 2900 miles this week paid, ran more than that but I take what I can get. Home till Tuesday when I grab a load to WI.

 

Sigh , sadly my vacation is coming to an end but geeze, have I enjoyed it!!!! Lots went really right but sdaly, some went wrong. Oh well, thats life, eh.

 

I grilled for dinner today, probibly will tomarrow and Monday as well.
Have a nice 500+ mile run for Tuesday. Should be a drop on the back side but no delivery info yet.
Figure I will ride as much as possible this weekend as well. Great weather.
I have a white russian and a bottle of jager in front of me at the moment.

 

####, I used to haul nothing BUT Hazardous, from CA clear to PA and GA, but I dropped the endorsement last June when I renewed my CDL-A... I had good reasons for doing this, but I wouldn't recommend it to any newbies or rookies, as your hiring prospects are better if you have the endorsement on your license. Anyway, ChromeDome, I like your style... although I'm a beer man, 10?

 

I like beer also, just did not have any here when I got home. I always have hard stuff, so I went with mid LVL.
I have not had a drink at all in probably 6 months. Just for some reason today I felt the urge. Home till Tuesday, so may as well have a few today and Sunday.
I will not touch anything 24 hours before I have to go back to work.
I need to chill this weekend bad, I need a real vacation or something. But that will not happen for quite some time. I figure 3 days off at the end of June and days at the end of August.
Then I will have actual vacation time accrued and I will take a cruise with the wife next winter.

 

I'm a beer man myself and definetly indulging!!! Right now its, "Left Hand" milk stouts. Yum yum. Thank goodness my 24 hr countdaown doesn't start until tomorrow. Kind of figuring I will be back at the house on Monday since its Memorial Day and who's going to be at work at a meat plant, or anywhere else that day?

 

Okay, I'm clueless... WTF are "Left Hand" milk stouts?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I'm sadly deficient when it comes to the knowledge department with regard to these bad boys, 10?

He probibly worked out his right arm curls too much, so he has to start working on the Left one. Doing it with milk though.
