So how much did they cut the pay?

Had specs on but the water droplets made it kind of hard to see. Don't really blame that tho, since my eyes read it correctly, mind just didn't follow.

.02 cents a mile loaded and a they even cut the empty miles .02 a mile as well, it really sucks.......the pay rate wasn't great to start with but the miles were pretty good!!

I'm thinking they will lose a lot of drivers over this!

I have to say that I am too old to ride a motorcycle 300+ miles a day. Or at least a cruiser. I rode down to my parents house in Maryland yesterday, and had an aching rear end.
Glad I am getting a trailer to pull it home.
Happy to be here though. Had a good day yesterday, crab cakes for dinner and a ride on the boat. Going for a ride with my father this morning, then no plans for the afternoon yet. May go to buds creek and see a friend at the car show.
Got off a full 4 days.
I got a line on some cheap crabs too, but we do not have enough people to eat a full bushel, so hopefully he will sell me a couple dozen. But I can get a full bushel for the price my father was going to buy a dozen.

I remember when I was stationed at Ft. Devons, MA, that a friend of mine was from MD. He went home 1 time and came back with a paper bag full of crabs. Was going to share them with several people but my room was the 1st one he came to. Showed me how to eat them and the 2 of us ate the whole bag full. Oh my, were they good!!!!

This has been an interesting trip for me. Went to CA on I 40 and am leaving it on I 10. AZ and NM sure has some pretty scenery in a desolated sort of way.

Spending the night in a place called Vado, NM and just ate in the resturaunt. What they call "native" food here, we call tex-mex at home. Best thing about the food here tho, is that they don't hold back on the spice!!! Man it was good but am going to pay for it in the morning, I'm sure!!!!! :biggrin_2555:

APU working great right now. Guess it just didn't like the 110 degree ht.

I ate crab cakes one day. Oysters 2 times, and steamed crabs for lunch yesterday.
It was a good food weekend.
Trailered the bike back home today. Somehow missed all rain. It was odd. I hit really wet pavement like 5 times, where I could tell it had just stopped raining. All is good though, I have a load out of Erie in the morning.
