You can not get them off, you can make comments to them.

'backed into my tire' = Property Damage that the carrier's insurance paid
If OP moved after said tire contact; Mucho property damage claim!
The first report I observed with DAC was a guy with 22 jobs in 24 months, each sad report followed by his rebuttal; one after the other...Trucker61016 Thanks this. -
Are you an owner-operator or company driver?

Hire Right, the name of the company that used to be called DAC, has a web site where they describe how to dispute entries. Their web site is down for maintenance as I type this. But click here to get to that help section. HireRight Maintenance
Hire Right/DAC is PICKY PICKY PICKY. So you have to follow EXACTLY what they say to dispute incorrect info. You also have a right to at least 1 free report per year, depending on which state you live in. You also have the right to submit a BRIEF statement that will be given to every company that looks at your "DAC Report". But your statement MUST MEET THE RULES or it will not be accepted. So read those rules carefully and make sure your statement follows those rules.wis bang, hope not dumb twucker and Trucker61016 Thank this. -
There are tons of local companies that don't use dac.

Correct. MOST trucking companies don't use DAC/Hire Right.
