Courtesy usually pays .. I see the obnoxious types parking their trucks in the middle of the Wally lots taking up 20 spots, in prime parking spots.... sometimes sleeping there and being generally discourteous all the time. Very unprofessional. Most WalMarts have a automotive service garage... go park back behind it against the curb with your truck out of the way.. walk into the store through the automotive garage if you need to shop- I've never had any trouble using this technique.
If you get hung out somewhere and must park on somebodys lot to sleep... follow the in after 10pm and out by 6am rule, don't park on their lot til 10pm or later..and be gone by 6am... and park in the back or up against the curb at the very edge of the lot... or try to blend in like you are delivering there.
If you want to have lots of altercations and pay lots of wrecker drivers and trespassing fines just act like you own everything and show no courtesy to anyone who is trying to run their own business.

I have been directed to a Wally World parking lot by a cop in AL. I was 20 miles south of Birmingham after a vain search for a parking spot in that town. Said they dont mind it if you arent a slob. Went in and checked with the front end mgr just in case. I parked in another in FL cause the only truck stops around charged for parking. Mgr said no problem as long as I parked in one of the outlying areas. There is another on US-287 in Tx (cant remember the town off hand) that has a sign on the hwy advertising truck parking. I have seen others with signs that say no truck parking also. It all depends on where you are. If I do park at one, I always make sure to go in and buy something and check with the mgr to make sure it is ok.

If they have a sign in the parking lot that says " No Trucks/Bobtails, ETC " then just go park in the back at the docks ( just dont block anything ) run in and take care of what you need to......No Problem

they will still tow/ ticket, cause that area is for their trucks. Hell some walmarts wont even allow their own trucks to park over night
