Glad to hear it, man. Seriously. You'll be better seasoned than MANY of the new peeps that start with "un named" megas. . . . been around long enough to know that for fact!!!! I'd still do a year, minimum... if you can hang. Doors will open so wide, they almost hit you in the face...!

Put your miles in and maybe you get comfortable. If a driver does a good job and does not piss and moan to dispatch you will be treated much better than the rest of the schmucks

 

I just got invited to orientation today.
was told by Brad bolden their recruiter that pay would be around 28cpm since I had a little experience, but there was no split? we'll see. after a little time out I'll get the option to go solo, which I prefer. something I've learned is sometimes you have to bite the bullet if it means getting the 2nd chance. was told I'd paid for all miles. so I'll update this once I know
