Yes. That was a Swift truck. Watched that video recently.

 

Haven't seen a CC curbed or ef'd personally. So they may make peanuts for pennies to start; it's STILL an opportunity to get into this industry with a less than stellar past. Never been there, done that.....just a "leg up" for people that need it, and I still think its great.

 

Heard of KKW G13? They any good? I didn't know CC were team only.

 

Oh, I do too. It was just funny to see one of their trucks on that show. I absolutely felt bad for the driver.

Also, the OP's story was pretty inspiring. I am genuinely happy for him.

 

I have, but don't come across them often, if ever anymore. Cali, right? I don't run West anymore, but don't remember any 'bad' about them in my FedEx days out that way.

TransAm (if CC is not for you) is not an option? What about Western Express????

 

Well I live in the NW and Western wanted to greyhound me to TN for their 1 year contract refresher lol. Not doing that. I am going with KKW I think. Yea in cali. I read low miles and they start company drivers running up to the Bay and back to LA with occasional runs to utah and oregon. Figure that would be fine since not even sure if I will like the lifestyle yet. They haul mostly furniture with some other dry van stuff.

 

Every single CC truck I saw looked as if it was taken straight from a junkyard.I would be embarrassed to be even seen next to it not to mention driving it.
