I've relaxed three carrier bearings in the last year. Ride height ok, drive shaft in balance. Two fellow o/o told me of similar problem. They claim the bearings are poor quality and I should go with OEM. Anyone else experience this problem?

The timken brand seem to hold up better. But even the spicer should last a few years. What kind of angle is on your driveline?

Someone told me that there are some bearings( rubber part) that doesn't have the slots and are supposed to or should give a longer life. Don't recall the brand.

I would look at the motor mounts.

That or carrier bearing was not true when re installed. Being off a fraction will cause issues
