I have a Comfort pro that was running fine since my last PM around 238 hours ago. Today I shut it off and drive 5 miles and went to start it back up and it said please wait APU starting and then went blank and back to the home screen. I tried it multiple times and it did the same thing in varying degrees over and over. Sometimes staying blank for just a second and other times staying blank for long periods before returning to the home screen. Per my FSE I checked the connections on my batteries and all seemed secure. I pulled the cover and belts were right and no lights lit up on the back box. Has anyone run into this issue? TIA for your help.

Based on what I've seen with my 10991 hour unit its probably loose connections at the box under the bed ...or ..a bad control panel..or a bad circuit board ...or a bad wiring harness ..
All these have been replaced on mine .

Yeah I have had ALL of that addressed. This APU has been a nightmare. Won’t cool properly because they never installed the return air vents in the bunk, installed the box in the passenger side box when it should have been butted up to the bunk return air vents in the middle compartment and just piss poor wiring and connectors. I’ve spent more money on repairs and lost time for the APU than I have for my used cascadia. Lol worse part is I probably won’t be able to get it looked at until Friday when I get to
Jacksonville. It is what it is‍♂️ Thanks for the reply though. I do appreciate it. A merry merry and happy happy to you and yours.

    Same back to you !
I've been happy with the job it does but like you said piss poor wiring and connections.
I bought mine used with 7600 hours on it for 2500 bucks installed so I dont feel to hurt on it .
I will say it has never left me without heat or ac or power ...its always started and ran , just stupid electric issues that make the control panel go nuts .

I'd go with a bad glow plug ..just a guess tho ...mine started starting hard around 7k and both glow plugs were bad , at 16k now with now further issues .

also check the little gear clamps on the inline fuel filter.. one broke on mine at the first service but wasn't caught until I changed the filter myself thinking a pluged filter was my start issue.. Where mine was broke it wasn't easy to tell it had broken either, i had pulled the clamp right off the hose for some reason and thats when i noticed it.
