    Ok so i sit here bored and start looking at Internet Truckstop; at the carrier performance ratings. I swear some of things posted are down right hilarious!!

    Do that many carriers really sign an agreement then not even show up to pick the load up??

    So brokers can leave actual comments for carriers? Why can't carriers rate brokers that same way on ITS?
