Carrier411 negative freight guard report

Its a paid service for 3PL brokerages and others in the industry who move freight. Its not a service for carriers. It wouldn't exist if it wasn't a necessary service. This is a dirty cut throat business and if you;re a bad actor, it will get exposed on 411 or Assure. However, i will admit that some of the algorithms used arent 100%. I have a carrier i use that runs paper logs at night and doesn't get inspections. He gets an F on Assure and Risk notes on 411. But i can text dude anytime day or night. On the flip side Landstar Ranger has 300 reports for all kinds of shady things like double brokering, back solicitation, calling on loads posing as a different carrier.

Also, Darren at 411 isnt going to be shaking in his boots anytime soon at the FMSCA or some double broker in Armenia either.

 

I just had a fraudulent carrier 411 report put on my company by a broker I have never dealt with and it included back door solicitation when we have never done a job for these guys and it has honestly has my business slow at the moment I’m not sure how long this takes to roll over but can someone enlighten me on when they noticed the brokers stop caring about the 411 after a report was made? I realized only the broker can remove

 

Find out what law group sued HireRight Corp back years ago. Call them and tell them that your business has been hurt by a reporting agency and you can’t get a copy of the report or can’t refute it. I’m telling you that you have a recourse….
