Sorry, but you are point blank WRONG.
Federal law is on the side of making it legal to possess a firearm in a truck.

Sht..It IS going to get "beat to death"....AGAIN. Yup.Your right...I DON'T have to read it-and I'm not.

You should read the quoted part from your post.
You said the same thing.cetanediesel Thanks this. -
Depends on the state and/or city...counties can vary as well. It's not a yes or no answer.
If the gun is not loaded and seperated from the ammunition, generally you're OK.
Many carriers ban their drivers from carrying a gun, so if yer caught yer fired. -
I know I said the same thing.
But if I tell people to put up the statute for something they claim, kinda silly not to do the same thing myself.
So there it is. Black and white. Case law supports it too. -

I spent A LOT of money for my 9mm of extra protection, permitted it in all states just encase I get the one,
That said, this is the only post I will make in this thread. I've seen wha happened to the others, and I LOVE talking politics, good day.
Keep the shiny side up.HwyPrsnr Thanks this. -
I curious as to how you permit it in all states? I have never heard of anything like this
