I haven't been through Millis' training, but hope to if I can talk them into hiring me.
I did go through Schneider's class back in about 1993 or '94. There was a ton of information given to us, and that made the time go by pretty fast.
About the only advice I could give you is to stay focused and work hard, but don't put so much pressure on yourself that you make it harder than it needs to be. They will be throwing a lot of information at you, but none of it is rocket science. If you pay attention you'll do just fine.
Best of luck with your training and in your career as a driver! Keep us up to date with how things go when you get a chance.

Congrats on getting accepted to MTI... I went thru MTI in Cartersville back in August of last year... I came in with knowledge of the industry because its what i grew up around.. Have family that are drivers and own their own truck... so it runs in my blood. Just go in and listen to everything Greg tells you. He has many years of experience and knows everything you need to know to suceed.. and he will pass that info. along to you.. Just listen!! just take it easy on your self and everything will go nice and easy. I'll try and stop in next time i'm in Cartersville.. I live just south of Atlanta so i dont get thru Cartersville much unless i'm either heading home or heading back out. But keep us posted on your progress.. and good luck!! I'm in truck 7134 so give me a shout if you see me around somewhere

I start at MIT Cartersville on the 29th. This is a huge career change for me. Ive been digging through everything I can find to get info and yes Bear you and Baritone have given probably more in these forums than any other site. Again thanks and hope to see you guys on the road. -
