Comparing a w900 or 389 to a cascadia is apples to oranges. What about international prostars? Or the volvo? FL cant be that much cheaper.

Yes... I suppose it's common issue of super-singles... I have 100 000 ml on brand new Prostar. Tires were changed 3 times by now... After 3rd time we've taken one of tires (the worse) on balancing machine - it called for 24 oz weigh... Ridiculous... So they bought one more new tire, that makes 13 all together since new... Still shakes, not as much as original ( it was really bad) but still shakes, especially bob-tailing or with empty or light load trailer.
-
Since then, i change the mercedes engine for a detroit series 60... Still bouncing but there is one tire worst then the others... (supersigle) maybe should change for the old regular 8 !!
-
Do you have supersigles tires too??
-
pay the money to have your tires balanced on the hub it is usually caused by a unbalanced brake drum
-
Thanks.. But this have been done

Well, as i always say : maybe with time something will brake for real and then we'll know

Have same problem . Just replace center hanger bearing on cascadia . Ride smooth again. Check for play in bearing
-
Check ride height. A chew can os close to most specs it should fit above the spring. Most of those trucks are 2 5/8 to 7/8. Also do you feel it in the wheel or you seat more. Another issue lately is the drums not round. Another sign of tires is if you can drive out of it.... if you want to check pins or bearings in front. Jack up the wheel and push on top. If it feels like a clunck then one or other is bad.
