Cascadia 2018 Issue with rpm, transmission, clutch

Hi. Freightliner Cascadia 2018. During driving in the rain or snow RPM starts jumping from 5 to 10 and back. Clutch starts shifting by itself. Check engine and transmission lights starts blinking. So my truck was towed to FL service centre. Mechanic made inspection next day, but didnt find any issues. He said call FL Service when this issue repeats again. Please HELP!!! Thanks
