hey in length wise. how much bigger is the cascadia? i traded my prostar for one but i didnt really want a bigger truck i wanted one with better steering and easier to move around . also the steering wheel feels quite heavier than the prostar when backing.

All depends on your BBC, size of sleeper, WB. IF you are comparing a std. length BBC's with condo sleepers (what most large fleets are running), they should only be a couple of inches in difference, I believe the Cascadias run a 72" sleeper and the Prostars are 73" outside dims are almost identical.

In my opinion the cascadia is not an upgrade in the areas that you mentioned. More space inside though for sure.

Cascadia's will either have the D13, D15, or Cummins or Prostar will have Maxxforce or Cummins

I wished I had an ISX in my Cascadia. I drove a ProStar with an ISX and that thing would pull any hill with ease. Don t get me wrong, my D15 pulls great as well but after awhile of pulling a long grade, the D15 starts to lose power and forces you to downshift unlike the ISX

Definitely the 15, 13 is a lot smaller, and not any more fuel efficient.
