Cascadia DEF problem.

    2011 cascadia dd15 and keep getting def quality and scr nox sensor low, codes. The def light starts blinking and slight derate. Codes are eec 61 Spn 4364 fail 18 and eec 61 Spn 3364 fail 02. I started having problems at the beginning of my trip but did a parked Regen and that got me 340 miles. Problems came back stoped at dealer and had Freightliner update ACM and do parked Regen and all was good for about 100 miles, still popping up the same codes. Regen was all normal and within specs, I'm wondering if anyone had same issue with this. Oh and def is good.

    i am having same problem like you do, the only difference is that i have cummins isx 15 went to the shop 4 times for those codes, they keep coming back after 20 miles driving out of the shop, it's a headache and i guess the only way is to delete that crap that what other peaple told me, let me know if you find the problem and if u got it fix thx

    Well, i have the same problem going on for 7 months, change one box, def metering unit, new def filter , def header, nox inlet and outlet sensor, every single sensor that has something to do with the def and I still have the same problem def quality code ... please help if you have any info?

    Have you actually tested the DEF you're using? Just because you buy it from a reputable location doesn't mean its any good. I know guys who've bought a bunch of DEF jugs from a dealership and they all failed the quality test with a refractometer.
