hey y'all,
been a while since i last posted, got a 2015 cascadia daycab dd13, truck reported not starting, checked and found no power at all when switch was turned on, diagnosed and replaced PNDB, and truck was running fine with no issues, week later same issue, changed the cab load disconnect switch and nothing, checked all breakers and fuses in the PNDB and were all good, changed the PNDB again assumed bad part, and power would come in and out, have good voltage on the power cable going to the PNDB, do not see a light on the cut off switch and turning it on and off does nothing at all, if i grab a wire and connect it to the stud where power comes in on the PNDB and jump it to any of the studs going to the modules the ignition immediately comes on and truck will start and run, but as soon as i remove the jumper cable it will lose all power, the only thing it will do is flash the corner clearance lights and have the low beams with the jumper cable disconnected, i read that it meant the SAM chassis was bad, i swapped that with another trucks and same issue, ive checked all fuses and ground and power studs, batteries r fine, CPC has been swapped, central gateway has been swapped as well and nothing. at wits end have no other clue or idea, SAM cab?? idk please help
cascadia no electrical power cant figure it out plz help

UPDATE: Sam cabin swapped with working one and same issue, corner clearance lights flash and low beams on, CLDB not doing

It sounds like you might have an issue with the control signal wiring between the CLDS and PNDB. Troubleshooting attached

yup i figured out thats what it was about two days ago, there was no voltage on the pin for the CLDS that should have around 4 volts, found a break in the wire under the cab due to the loom and then corrosion, soldered it up and is working fine, thanks!Ross_Tech Thanks this.

Hi there,
Need some help in here. We have cascadia dd13 2013. We currently have a lot of eletrical trouble with. I want to know from wtokhi where was the brook up cable. Seem that we have sort of comon issue.
Today, truck stop to run during slow operation and now dosent want to start again. We have lights in dash but no voltage appear. We put a new PNDB on. The engin crank put dosent start at all. -
I have had this issue before. I just had a loose fuse. I pulled all the fuses in the fire wall of truck it worked fine after. But usually these call for a bad Sam chassis it really just depends. I hate when this #### happens.

Im having same issue, as original post. Need help im stuck in Eloy,Az at TA. I was dropping load and had truck off for few hes and all the sudden, it wouldn’t start. Had flashing light and i could hear clicking sound when i turned key to on position. And i moved some wires from under the hood from the small box with a red light, nothing happed and i moved the kill switch wires and then it started. But im scared to get on freeway like this, what if i lose all power while driving? And the inteior lights dim when im putting the windows up or down, same with headlights they dim a lot, and my radio started resetting, happened twice today.
