You need your injector cups done.
Asap -
Also ck. for fuel heaters where heater hoses go in top of the fuel tanks then run hot coolant thru fuel in your fuel tanks then back out top of tanks, any leaks can put fuel into tanks.
-
Why would injector cups cause coolant to mix with fuel? The pressure of the fuel in the head is much higher than the cooling system pressure. I would be looking at places where the coolant press. exceeds the fuel press.

No fuel in coolant, just coolant in fuel? IH is known to run a primary filter similar to a Davco that can be plumbed into the cooling system for heat in winter.
BTW....when the engine is shut off fuel psi falls to 0 while coolant psi remains around 13-15 psi until it cools or bleeds off. -
Oh he prob has fuel in his radiator too.
Any time I've seen guys with injector cup issues it puts coolant into the fuel and rad.
