    A glider consists of new frame rails and steer axle plus hood, cab and (generally) sleeper if equipped. You supply engine, trans, and rear axles. Also clutch and prop shafts --- all of the running gear. Legal everywhere but CA, unless equipped w/ dpf.

    Also, gliders include steering box and linkage along with steer axle tires and wheels ... maybe a radiator and charge-air cooler to spec.
