Your heli-coil didn't pull up and prevent isolator from bottoming? I usually use a gardsert for those and make sure they are flush. Original threads are countersunk. 21 ft/lb is factory spec, but I usually go 18 ft/lb with anti-seize on bolts.

M8 x 1.25. Get the stainless steel thin wall ones. Look @ the chart with it for drill bit size. Believe it is a "V".

Pull out the heli-coil. Be careful drilling the aluminum it bites easily! I find the hole depth then mark it on the bite with making tape. Seems like the exhaust side ones are the most prone to threads pulling out. I usually just fix them all on that side. Make sure to keep the shavings out of your fresh motor.
