This is on my 2006 MXS C15. Approx 575,000 miles on platinum overhaul. Is this considered normal blow by on acerts? Or should I be concerned? Thanks.

Try taken it to a different cat shop and see what they tell you I have alot more blowby then that but my has 1 million on it and never been opening up mind is due for a overhaul everyone saying.
-
So what did you ended up doing? Is it a lot of blow by? I have Same engine with almost 700K original miles and it has a lot less blow by. What’s your oil pressure when driving at normal conditions and at the Idle?
-
You sure that all it has on the overhaul and not more
-
If you want piece of mind on blowby you can take it to a CAT shop and have them do a Dyno on it. The Dyno test will include a compression test and from my understanding if your blowby is less than double the engines HP rating then you are good. Last time I did this it was around $375

that's more than nominal, but not what I would class excessive.
I would say its either glazed, carbon packed or the rings are soft and wont seal well without boost.
does it use oil? -
I agree it look like it to me.
