My c15 engine was just inframed with a rebuilt cat head and new thermostats but will not build up enough heat. It runs about 170 degrees while driving and will only run about 130 while idling. I have a winter front and cardbord blocking 80% of the radiator. I at a loss why it wont run hotter. It has 190 thermostats in it and new seals. Please help. Also the motor is using about a gallon a week of oil since I had it over hauled. That was in the first of november. I think this guy screwed me!
