What is your engine serial number?

This is for a 4MG built in 88. I assume it will be the same for yours. upload_2025-2-13_5-47-57.png

    Hey Oxbow
What is the best way to get that fan back in? I try today to install it back in 2 pieces with the studs in place (hub/fan clutch & fan) and I couldn’t get it in, I will try tomorrow again removing 1 of the studs and loosing both rad supports and install the fan on the fun clutch as a 1 whole piece and see if I can get it in this way.
I was thinking to remove both of the studs to drop it in, I hope I don’t have to remove the rad
Well if you guys have a better way to do it please let me know, it is a bit colder and windy here this weekend (-15 C) and I am working outside since I don’t have a shop and a crane to hold it in the air
    Thank you guys!

Ok Guys last night I just want to let you know I put all the fan and hub together as an assembly and loose the 2 brackets on top of the rad and loose the turbo hose to the Intercooler and the rad hose and dropped it in, voila ! It went smooth like a butter. :)

    Big Road Skateboard Thanks this.

Guys I finished everything yesterday left the truck idle for 1 hour and no leaks and today went to work and I found an oil leak but now is not from stud as far I can see. IMG_1365.jpeg
Any ideas ? Maybe is the front structure seal that I need to tackle

Does anybody knows what is that round cover where the bracket is missing a couple of bolts? Can I remove that round cover to check if that’s my culprit? Is that round cover the water pump?

Hey Guys, does anybody has the steps on how to remove the front cover and parts number for a gasket kit? I am planning to get it done to get that oil leak out of my engine once for all! I really appreciated it, my new belts are ruined already

    thanks!
