CAT CT660 Wiper Issue

1st time posting. Here it goes

I've got a 2014 CAT CT660 with a wiper issue and I'm running out of options. The wipers only work on the high position. There is no low + intermediate. From my understanding this is very similar to a International set up but the wipers are controlled by the MSM. I've replace the wiper motor and still no luck. I can hear the wiper power relay clicking with key on and wipers of, this to me doesn't sound right. I've confirmed Power and GND at pins A+C at the wiper motor. Thanks for the help!
