Thanks. Can you explain what "rack position" is, or where I can go to read and learn it? Is it another term for the travel of the plunger in the injector? I'm trying to search an exploded view of a C15 injector, but can't seem to find a good one.

Rack position is actually something from a mechanical injection pump. The ecm uses that terminology to represent the amount of fuel being injected.
BullDoggin Thanks this. -

The personality module sets certain limits on the amount of fuel that can be injected.
The FRC Fuel Limit is a limit that is based on the boost pressure. The FRC Fuel Limit is used to control the air/fuel ratio for control of emissions.
When the ECM senses a higher boost pressure, the ECM increases the FRC Fuel Limit. A higher boost pressure indicates that there is more air in the cylinder. When the ECM increases the FRC Fuel Limit, the ECM allows more fuel into the cylinder.
The Rated Fuel Limit is a limit that is based on the power rating of the engine and engine rpm. The Rated Fuel Limit is similar to the rack stops and the torque spring on a mechanically governed engine. The Rated Fuel Limit provides the power curves and the torque curves for a specific engine family and a specific engine rating. These limits are controled by the personality module.BullDoggin and Cat sdp Thank this. -
...and let me guess, this is where the FLS/FTS settings tie in?
Thanks morehp for that explanation. -

The Fuel Position is an internal signal within the ECM. The signal comes from the electronic governor and the signal then goes to the fuel injection control. The information that is gathered is based on the Desired RPM, the FRC Limit, the Rated Fuel Limit, and the actual engine rpm. the Fuel Ratio Control (FRC) is a limit that is based on the control of the fuel to air ratio. The FRC is used for purposes of emission control. When the ECM senses a higher boost pressure (more air into the cylinder), the FRC increases the FRC Limit (more fuel into the cylinder).the Rated Fuel Limit indicates the maximum allowable fuel position (longest injection pulse). This position will produce rated power for the engine configuration. the Fuel Temperature Sensor detects the fuel temperature. The ECM monitors the fuel temperature and the ECM adjusts the calculated fuel rate accordingly. the Full Load Setting (FLS) is the number that represents the fuel system adjustment. This adjustment is required in order to help ensure the maximum fuel delivery of the fuel system.the Full Torque Setting (FTS) is similar to the Full Load Setting and The injector codes or injector trim codes are numeric codes or codes that are etched or stamped on individual injectors. These codes are used to fine tune the fuel delivery.

Alright I have another update on the Force Injectors that I installed roughly three months ago. Keep in mind I run coast to coast, North to South and everywhere in between. I can honestly say that after 34000 miles the truck has picked up .57 mpg. I am really satisfied with that but I think there is still a little room for improvement. Been so busy lately it has been hard to tweak and we were not trying to change anything so we could get an accurate mpg figure. The truck has tons of power and still idles like a fuel injected gas engine. I dont usually get into the if you do this to your truck you will save this much money. But if you drive 120000 miles a year and save .055 a mile on diesel you will save $6600.00 on fuel. Thats is based on diesel at $3.80.

Any more updates? Not alot of information on the Force Industries website. I am considering a set of these injectors for my MXS, but there isn't even a contact number on the website. Are these people legit?
