You need to go over to Thompson Cat and talk to that service manager over there. Tell him whats going on. I buy alot of parts from the Kenworth dealer in Memphis because I live there but I would never put anything in their shop.

Thomson Cat 9013323051. They are only about two miles from Kenworth. They work with MHC alot so I bet they can help you. I would think your warranty is good coast to coast.

Whats the pyro doing? I would think it would be in melt down territory. My guess..... Exhaust sleave wiped out the turbos, which would explain the mileage loss, then motor got hot and burnt the pistons. That's just guess hope not though.
Take it to cat dealer. If it's under warranty they should cover it.

check and see if they didn't mix up the plugs for the oil pressure sensor and the ambient air temp sensor. I know for a fact that will produce a no boost scenario. don't ask me how I know>LOL

Any and all diagnostics and repairs should be under warranty including dyno, I think my 1st step would be get out of MHC any authorized Cat dealer should cover warranty
